1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. We may offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders — check our website for current promotions.

3. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

Estimated international delivery times: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.
  • Almazora is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
  • Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain countries due to local regulations.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Delivery Issues

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
  3. If the issue is unresolved, contact us at support@almazora.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us at support@almazora.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Almazora is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@almazora.com — we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, we may issue a refund for the product cost, minus the original shipping fee.
