At Almazora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@almazora.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
  3. Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided in our return instructions.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@almazora.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@almazora.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@almazora.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our standard return process.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@almazora.com.
